  • Estimated annual base pay: $89,520.00 (minimum) - $111,900.00 (midpoint) - $134,280.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a seasoned Project Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you! This position is a Functional Project Manager around Advanced Manufacturing. The Functional Project Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Functional Project Manager is responsible for directing the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC. The projects are mainly in applying new technologies to our manufacturing processes in the Lincoln campus.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate and manage multiple complex projects, including capital acquisitions and new automation projects in machining and assembly, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Present project status to Stakeholders and Industrial Leadership clearly communicating progress, challenges, and results.
  • Work with Engineering Teams to ensure accountability to project details and milestones.
  • Drive strategic automation projects aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Oversee scope management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sourcing, Controls, Quality and Engineering to manage processes, align strategies, and support new business development.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain project management tools to facilitate cross-department collaboration and project success.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure alignment to meet project deadlines.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.

What we are looking for

Education:

  • US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

Experience

  • 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
  • 2-5 years of Project Management
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools (specifically MS Project, Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Solid knowledge in applicable manufacturing environment (eg. Assembly/test, mechanical manufacturing or electronics and cabinet manufacturing)
  • Lean experience preferred
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing processes and especially in new technologies such as automation and close door manufacturing.
