The *Digital Events Manager *will oversee and execute all aspects of our investor calls and webinars, as well as related marketing activities. This role involves organizing and live hosting 20 client-facing investor calls per quarter on Zoom, coordinating additional internal and external webinars and events, crafting and sending email invitations, confirming speakers, managing follow-up communications, and other marketing activity. The ideal candidate has ample digital events experience and will excel in organizational and communication skills, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, and efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Must have financial industry experience * *Key Responsibilities:* * Virtual Event Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute approximately 20 investor calls per quarter on Zoom, along with additional webinars and virtual events such as hybrid regional and global town halls as needed. Coordinate with internal partners to ensure seamless execution. * Content Development: Work with sr management and marketing teams to develop presentation materials, agendas, and talking points for investor calls and webinars. * Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal planning, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information before, during, and after events. * Technical Management: Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools. Ensure all technical aspects of events run smoothly. Be on the line on video to run, introduce and manage Q&A for all calls professionally. * Promotion: Collaborate with marketing colleagues to promote digital events through channels including email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), our investor portal (Investor Flow), social (LinkedIn), and web (Adobe). * Follow-Up: Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and relevant materials to investors and internals. Gather feedback and analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement. * Reporting: Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and event attendance. Provide recordings of investor calls within 48 hours and regular reports on event metrics and investor engagement. * Hosting: Introduce and welcome speakers during live webcasts, ensure smooth transitions, and engage the audience with professional and enthusiastic communication. Note there will be early morning and late-night calls to accommodate different global audiences each quarter. * Compliance: Ensure all communications and materials adhere to regulatory and company requirements with Compliance review and approval. * Marketing: During less busy periods between calls, assist with various digital marketing projects and events. *Qualifications* * 4 years of experience in virtual event management. Experience in investor relations, marketing, or a similar role a plus. * Proficiency in using webinar and conferencing tools especially Zoom (others include On24, WebEx, GoToWebinar). * Flexibility to accommodate early morning and late-night calls to support global audiences. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Highly self-motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Takes initiative without constant supervision. * Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce) and CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) software. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of investment management and investor relations is a plus. * Customer service orientation with a professional and engaging communication style. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
