Markon is seeking a Service Manager to support our NRO client at multiple locations across the US.

The ideal Service Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following tasks:

Manage a wide range of employee activities, including conference support, secure document destruction, copier services, logistics, mailroom operations, and other facility support functions.

• Develop and execute process and project plans, implement policies and procedures, and define operational goals.

• Acquire resources for operations and projects, provide technical supplier management, and lead process improvement initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.

• Participate in equipment make/buy decisions and support supplier selection and oversight.

Required:

• TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferably with this client)

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree required (dependent on level)

• 2-10+ years of experience in service or facilities management

• Experience managing multi-functional support staff and services

• Strong project management and resource planning abilities

Desired:

• Experience in government or classified environments

• Familiarity with vendor and supplier oversight procedures

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
