Genesis10 is seeking a Business Systems Engineer for our client in the Architecture and Design industry. This Direct Hire Perm position is located in Dallas, TX 75201. Only local candidates willing to work 100% onsite will be considered.

Description:

You will work as the Business Systems Engineer for this system iCIMS optimization project. MUST HAVE iCIMS EXPERIENCE. UKG, Workday/SAP or other HRIS experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, Workday) to meet business requirements and enhance user experience
  • Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and training materials
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements through system optimization and automation
  • Partner with HR and recruiting teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage user access, security protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors for system support, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data flow between platforms
  • Monitor system performance and maintain system controls and data integrity
  • Provide training and support to end users on system functionality and updates



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, or Workday)
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR and recruiting systems, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis
  • Experience with system integration and API connectivity
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with change management and training delivery
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills. Open workspace environment.


Desired Skills:

  • HRIS certifications (such as iCiMS, UKG Pro, Workday, or related certifications) preferred
  • Experience with SQL and database concepts preferred
