Build the future of the AI Data Cloud. Join the Snowflake team.

Snowflake's Developer Growth Marketing function is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help us drive Developer Adoption.

In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to drive developer interest in Snowflake, increase feature adoption and support Snowflake's commercial success with individual developers, particularly with open source tools and the fast evolving AI ecosystem.

You'll craft persona-driven developer journeys, develop go-to-market campaigns for new OSS releases and AI research advancements, and drive awareness through technical content, community activation, and partnerships at the bleeding edge of data and AI ecosystems.

Our ideal candidate keeps pace with newest advancements in data and AI, and has a knack for creatively engaging developers and data practitioners (maybe you even used to be one!). If you're passionate about working on the AI frontier, helping developers adopt powerful, production-grade data tools and about growing open source ecosystems - join our fast-paced developer marketing team!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Develop and execute strategy to drive awareness and activation for key developer personas-building clear, technically credible journeys from broad developer awareness and interest, such as via open source tools, and into activated usage of Snowflake's platform.

  • Use data to test and validate growth programs related to developer adoption, activation journeys, and external-sourced growth

  • Get new features and open source releases into the hands of developers-ensuring technically accurate and developer relevant positioning, credible use cases, and persona-aligned narratives in close collaboration with Product, DevRel, Product Marketing and go-to-market teams.

  • Collaborative with channel and content teams to develop a cohesive developer journey for key personas by translating product capabilities, use cases, and developer needs into meaningful paths from awareness to adoption.

  • Drive strategic partnerships across the open source and AI ecosystem (in collaboration with DevRel)-co-creating content, showcasing integrations, and reinforcing Snowflake's leadership in the developer and AI space.

  • Developer and coordinate campaigns involving third-party developer communities aligned to key personas in partnership with the Developer Community team.

  • Inform technical content creation in collaboration DevRel-such as blog posts, livestreams, and best practice guides-that help developers progress from feature and open source tool discovery to usage and activation.

IDEAL SKILLS:
  • 5-7 years proven experience in marketing to developers, product marketing, or a related field.

  • Technical background. Ideally, you are a data practitioner or developer yourself, or have deep experience marketing developer tools, data science, or AI/Machine Learning products.

  • Analytical and curious, with a sharp eye for using data to set goals, drive decisions and quantify impact

  • Proven experience with ecosystem partnerships-leading co-marketing, technical integrations, and joint campaigns.

  • Experience launching technical products, driving developer adoption, and partnering with DevRel, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both developer and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly collaborative, action-oriented, and effective at uniting teams around shared goals.

  • Strong project management skills-able to manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned.
