Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the operations and claim activities of a claim service area (CSA) covering auto, casualty, liability and property disciplines. The individual coordinates with home office, regional and CSA leadership. The individual contributes to the achievement of business performance objectives, superior customer service, quality, operational and expense management within the CSA. Key Responsibilities

* Assists in the development and implementation of solutions to achieve key business results.

* Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues.

* Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs, serves the customer with empathy and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met.

* Responsible for human resources duties, including resource management, hiring, performance management, talent development and compensation planning.

* Manages staff and effectively uses performance management to improve and/or reward employee performance.

* Leads teams in understanding the link between Allstate objectives and their contributions.

* Collaborates with Customer Experience and Agency Sales to leverage and grow claims agency relationships.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 10 or more years of experience

* Experience with Executive level presentations

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job has supervisory duties.

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
