Vaco is actively seeking a Yardi Systems Administrator to support our client's continued growth in Memphis. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected organization that is a leader in their field.

Position Overview

The Yardi Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Yardi platforms such as Yardi Core, Voyager, YardiOne, Procure to Pay, Elevate, and Investment Management, while also assisting with other applications as needed.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is customer-service driven, analytical, and collaborative. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role will contribute to the development and refinement of system policies and procedures to improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall utilization of systems across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the proper configuration, functioning, maintenance, and security of Yardi business systems.
  • Partner with departmental stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives within Yardi platform.
  • Serve as the technical lead for operations, accounting, and finance system projects.
  • Identify and implement system, process, and training improvements to drive user adoption, satisfaction, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Support Services team to analyze feedback and develop solutions for system-related issues.
  • Manage system testing efforts and lead user acceptance testing and product rollouts.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of system configurations including menus, permissions, and security settings.
  • Maintain and monitor enhancement requests and known issues for supported platforms.
  • Communicate system updates and changes clearly and proactively to internal teams.
  • Assist in developing and distributing system documentation and training materials.


Qualifications:
  • Previous Yardi experience within a residential multi-family property management environment is desired.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and property management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional, customer-service oriented mindset with a high level of empathy and respect.
  • Relevant Yardi certifications such asYardi Aspire,Gelbgroup Academy, or Balanced Asset Solutions is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong interest in learning new technologies.

  • Target Compensation: $80k - $85k based on skills and experience
