Summary

We're looking for a mid to senior level Experience Designer with a passion for spatial storytelling and consumer experience to join our dynamic Brand Experience team You'll be part of a team that s redefining how a beloved food brand shows up in the world one meaningful experience at a time You'll have creative autonomy room for experimentation and a chance to shape culture through purpose driven design In this role you will lead and support the concepting design and execution of immersive environments from trade show booths and PR events to experiential marketing activations and bespoke pop up moments You'll collaborate cross functionally with brand marketing and external partners to ensure every touchpoint reflects Chobani's values innovation and warmth

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the design of branded environments and activations-from early strategy through final renderings and documentation.
  • Translate marketing objectives into engaging physical experiences that delight, inform, and inspire.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, product, comms, and operations to ensure alignment on goals and logistics.
  • Produce mood boards, sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate creative vision.
  • Work with fabricators, architects, and production partners to bring ideas to life with quality, efficiency, and brand fidelity.
  • Maintain awareness of trends in materials, technology, and cultural storytelling to inform innovation in experiential design.
  • Participate in on-site installations and walkthroughs to ensure execution matches creative intent.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in environmental, experiential, or event design-preferably within a consumer-facing brand or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing spatial design work for events, pop-ups, retail installations, or similar.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D; Adobe Creative Suite; and rendering tools like V-Ray or Enscape.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing big-picture vision with production realities.
  • Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable managing timelines, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passion for brand, storytelling, and creating moments of human connection.
  • Bonus: Experience in food/beverage or CPG industry, and knowledge of sustainability best practices in physical design.

Compensation Range:$96,000.00-$143,000.00, plus bonus.
