Your Title: Sr. Product Manager, GTM Ops & Business Architecture Location: Westminster, Colorado Our Department: Field Systems - Business Transformation We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, experienced, and strategic-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead the overhaul of our underlying data architecture in our Field Systems Business Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across Field Systems and corporate stakeholders to understand challenges with the current architecture, the evolving business needs, and defining how we can better manage our offerings with the underlying part number data to meet our evolving needs. This role will require the ability to gain a deep understanding of the current data architecture framework and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand current challenges, define and document the strategy, and plan the creation, implementation, and migration of the new architecture. We are looking for ways to better manage product data (part numbers, categories, etc.) to enable greater flexibility in how we define offerings, optimize managing dealer portfolio access, dealer incentives, sales reporting, forecasting, inventory, and more. The role will enable the businesses to reduce the part numbers that we are offering and manage, and consolidate parts between different business units within Field Systems. Once the architecture is final and approved, the candidate will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation and transition with cross-functional stakeholders from the business, finance, channel management, and operations. This will require a good amount of change management and communication skills, as changing the data architecture and structure will have a significant impact on business processes and business systems and will be challenging.
