We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Group and and support our Temperature and System Products team members in driving World Class Excellence within our organization. We support the production team with innovation projects, transfer projects, lean initiatives, process improvements, and production flows.

We're looking for a dynamic individual who excels at working a team to solve problems and be proactive for smooth production changes.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

  • Be responsible for the production planning of manufacturing processes and technologies to support business targets.
  • Be responsible for product manufacturing processes and optimization, development of TSP's (non-standard products), execution of TSP BOM and routings, increase production capacity with continuous improvement projects, SAP BOM/Routing master data and programming, coordinating strategic initiatives, and any compliance directives as needed.
