The Value-in-Kind (VIK) Finance Team at Visa, together with Global Sales and Commercial Operations, is focused on transforming enterprise-wide end-to-end strategy and operations that enable our sales teams and, ultimately, our clients to tap into Visa's exceptional solutions driving additional value and growth in their business. Together we lead stakeholders around the world to drive a globally consistent approach to VIK and optimal VIK operations. TheVIK Finance Operations Director will join the VIK Finance team to manage VIK initiatives across the organization in partnership with our Global Sales and Commercial Operations team advancing tools and processes that will improve current processes and analytic insights. The right candidate has experience building detailed project plans through implementation and change management, facilitating discussions and meetings to drive accountability, and creating tracking dashboards. Essential Functions:
- Strategic Planning and VIK Operations: Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders across the Company to help shape Visa's strategy and approach to VIK. Drive and design VIK-related processes that enable strategic goals.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time. Lead initiative teams, roadmaps, and status updates, etc.
- Facilitate Governance: Maintain schedules for key touch points and facilitate meetings. Circulate email communications for agendas and action items as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status to stakeholders regularly. Set clear expectations with business partners and manage day-to-day interactions during project execution and delivery. Able to succinctly share status updates and communicate any project issues, risks to an executive audience and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Proactivelyidentify, manage and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplishproject goals. Drive predictive, forward-looking view of performance, and escalate issues with stakeholders for resolution.
- Change Management: Partner with key stakeholders to formulate well-laid implementation and change management plans. Identify impacted audience, appropriate method and timing of communication, coordinate stakeholders in creation of accurate user-friendly resources (including process documentation), and ensure proper training is arranged.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office align with Global and local policies. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD)
Preferred Qualifications:
* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD or 3 years relevant work experience with a PhD in Finance, Management Consulting, Information Technology or related fields
* MBA and FP&A or other Finance experience. Understanding of accounting and management reporting is a plus.
* Project Management certifications.
* Relevant roles: Program or project management in portfolio management, business analysis, planning, and operations.
* Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills, including project scheduling, risk identification, and change management.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) for technical and business issues across all levels.
* High attention to detail and ability to distill complex data for various audiences.
* Strong leadership and adaptation skills for changing priorities and roles.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
* Ability to influence without direct authority.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 161,500.00 to 234,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
