We're looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to join our Private Banking team as a Strategic Program & Sales Execution Leader. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with senior leadership across Private Wealth to lead the execution of sales strategies, drive transformational growth initiatives, and optimize our approach to client acquisition, relationship deepening, and delivery excellence.

You'll serve as a key thought partner to the Director of Private Banking and play a pivotal role in advancing our business performance through strategic planning, project execution, and ongoing operational improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive high-priority sales and growth programs aligned to Private Banking and broader Private Wealth strategies, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Partner closely with the Director of Private Banking to support daily operations, long-term planning, capital projects, and administrative leadership.

  • Execute Sales Strategy: Design and support sales campaigns, segmentation models, book tiering, capacity planning, and client engagement tactics that improve acquisition and deepen relationships.

  • Drive Performance Insights: Work with Finance and Analytics teams to build reports, dashboards, and forecasts that guide business decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.

  • Coordinate High-Impact Projects: Lead cross-functional projects with Private Wealth leaders, strategic partners, and product teams. Navigate ambiguity, adjust to shifting priorities, and ensure deliverables are met with precision.

  • Support Key Leadership Forums: Prepare leadership meeting materials, and help align teams around our One Private Wealth strategy.

  • Champion Innovation: Identify process improvements, technology enhancements, and client journey redesign opportunities that elevate the client and banker experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services role

  • Proven experience in:

    • Sales strategy execution and project management

    • Designing and implementing client journey initiatives

    • Navigating matrixed organizations and aligning stakeholders

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Private Banking platforms for investments, credit, and deposits

  • Familiarity with client experience design, omni-channel delivery models, and campaign execution tools (e.g., Seismic, Power BI, Salesforce)

  • Experience in a leadership or support role within a Private Wealth or Affluent Banking environment

  • Understanding of heightened standards risk management protocols for Private Banking, Power BI, Seismic marketing campaign execution, agility studios, client experience journeys, and multiple channel distribution planning.
