The Senior GTM Strategy Analyst is an integral member of the Go-To-Market Strategy team, playing a key role in forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiative management across sales, marketing, customer success, support, and services. Leveraging strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, this individual will deliver insights and recommendations to drive growth, improve retention, and enhance operational effectiveness. This role collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven strategies that optimize performance and revolutionize the GTM organization. What You'll Do Operational Management and Rigor Support operational processes and initiatives across pre- and post-sales functions. Assist in managing operational rigor, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution. Foundational Reporting and Analysis Build, maintain, and improve foundational reports and dashboards related to sales operations, retention metrics, pipeline health, and services effectiveness. Perform detailed analyses to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights. Business Partnership and Collaboration Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Services teams. Foster strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic support. Performance Measurement and Communication Regularly track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clarity around results and recommending improvements. Develop clear, concise presentations and strategic communications tailored to stakeholders, including leadership. What You Have Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analyst or operational role. Proficient with basic reporting tools, Salesforce management, and working within a revenue technology stack. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively and professionally with leaders and stakeholders. Agile and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Bonus Points Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and reporting requirements effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders. Proactive and collaborative, focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence within GTM operations. #LI-PV1 Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee's job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
