Today our business serves over one thousand software companies and over 700K of their end-software users with payment solutions. We empower our software partners to deliver seamless, integrated and/or embedded payment and financial experiences to their business customers. Our mission is to redefine how businesses get paid and harness financial technology to grow and manage their business -securely, efficiently, and with greater control. Our partners range from vertical SaaS platforms to enterprise software companies, and we're looking for someone that can set them up for outsized success. Position Overview: As the Director, Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for designing and executing multiple growth strategies within your assigned segments. You will leverage data and market insights to inform your strategies, utilize cross-functional influence to ensure their adoption and execution. You will be an integral member of the senior leadership team (SLT) for your aligned segments and serve as their trusted thought partner to align priorities, strategies, and tactics, to business outcomes for Worldpay and its software partners . You are known for your deep strategic thinking and ability to connect insights, but you thrive in rolling up your sleeves and executing upon these strategies yourself. A successful candidate will be a growth-minded, analytical, and innovative individual that has a demonstrated track record of identifying growth levers and an excitement to drive their execution.
