Wieland is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. This role ensures that materials and products move efficiently from suppliers to customers, helping maintain optimal inventory and delivery performance. This role is located in Wheeling, IL and will be fully on-site.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00-$25.00

Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities:

Complete purchase orders and perform goods receipts for various vendors.
• Support internal team by collaborating with key stakeholders in Inside Sales, Production Planning, and Technical Services
• Assist with maintaining SAP reporting data and update planning file for daily meetings
• Create purchase requisitions, reassign and release production orders, process order confirmations for multiple vendors and process indirect goods receipts
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational needs.

Supply Chain Coordinator Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
