Intro Internationalization at Pinterest is not just responsible for translation, but for cultural adaptation of everything related to the experience with Pinterest product, websites and marketing assets to provide Pinners and partners with an experience that feels local. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager experienced in marketing localization to help Pinterest achieve our full potential in international markets. You will work closely with various stakeholders: global and regional marketers, creative teams, and vendors to shape the experience of millions of Pinners around the globe. As a Senior Internationalization Project & Program Manager, you will take ownership of leading the localization and cultural adaptation efforts within your designated program, ensuring Pinterest's content is tailored for audiences around the world. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to maintain efficient and effective localization processes. By collaborating with a broad range of internal teams and external partners, you will help shape meaningful and locally resonant experiences for millions of Pinners. Your expertise will advance Pinterest's internationalization goals by representing global perspectives in cross-functional and company-wide initiatives, and by continuously driving process improvements within your program to support Pinterest's international growth.
