Responsible for creating, editing and maintaining instructional materials, such as procedures, user manuals, training guides, e-learning modules, and other learning content. Translates complex technical information into user-friendly content tailored for diverse audiences. Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and delivery. Manages overall procedure development and eLearning content execution. Supports in managing the learning management system.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required. Degree in Education, Communications, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience creating content, online training materials, or similar is required.
• AI certification preferred.
• Experience in service industry developing programs focused on products, processes and systems preferred.
• Experience in leveraging technology in support and delivery of learning content. Ability to test the technologies for functionality and technical compatibility with the LMS system and intranet.
• Demonstrated experience with learning new software, processes, regulations, and other content used to develop training.
• Familiarity with content management systems including implementation and maintenance of organization-wide procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment:

• This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
• Must be able to travel to Tampa, FL at least once a quarter.
