Where you'll be: This position will be based in Springfield, TN. All about the role: The Manufacturing Digital Lead will be responsible for maintaining and improving digital solutions across the manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with local, regional, and group teams to align on strategies and implement standardized solutions. By engaging closely with operations and end-users, the Manufacturing Digital Lead will drive adoption of digital tools, solve usability challenges, and ensure seamless integration of automation and IT systems. As the leader of a small team, this role will also oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions, while managing projects to build and align roadmaps across functions. What you'll do:
Coach all stakeholders: production, quality, reliability & maintenance, sustainability on the digital transformation and it's benefits in their respective domains. Determine together with the local manufacturing and IT leadership the key priorities and aligned roadmaps for digital manufacturing projects focused on business value delivery. Act as a change agent across the factory connecting local manufacturing stakeholders' digital needs with group solutions aided by the technical teams in local IT and ME. Act as an overall project leader for digital projects, including MES implementation and MES extension, from conception until support handover, working all with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the expected business value. Align, coordinate, and communicate key needs and requirements towards technical owners and project members. Maintain and enhance existing digital solutions to ensure optimal performance and usability. Lead a dedicated team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting digital manufacturing solutions. Partner with regional and group teams to align on strategies and leverage standardized digital solutions. Develop, manage, and execute project roadmaps to ensure alignment across local, regional, and group functions. Work closely with operations and end-users to promote adoption of digital tools, address usability issues, and deliver tailored training. Provide guidance on system parametrization, master data management, and configuration for manufacturing-related software, especially Delmia Apriso MES solutions. Support the integration of automation systems with IT platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital tools, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferred in information technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in managing ERP systems and MES platforms (preferred expertise in Delmia Apriso). Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, including Power BI and other analytical tools. Basic understanding of automation technology and Broad Technical experience with digital manufacturing technologies both from the OT and IT perspective such as PLC, HMI, MES, SCADA, IIOT, Historians. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing small teams, including motivating and developing team members. Solid project management skills, with a track record of building and aligning strategic roadmaps across diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
