Overview:
The Project Supervisor manages and executes proper physical and systemic storage, inventory and stock readiness activities and warehouse support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages and executes proper physical and systemic storage, to include inventory and stock readiness functions, and issues, stows, packages, and prepares for shipment.
- Manages over-the-counter material pick-up, and disposal of materials in accordance with DLA Distribution policies and the most current standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provides warehouse support to all customers supported by DLA Distribution Mapping Support Office (MSO) at Susquehanna, PA DDSP site.
- Participates in daily workload planning meetings with the government's Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to discuss, planned workload for the day, work accomplished the workday before, and the assignment of Contractor employees.

- Ensures all Acceptable Performance Level (APL) metrics are achieved and maintained.
- Performs job activities in compliance with applicate Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies and SOPs.
- Verifies materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage.
- Ensures materials are routed to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
- Responds after normal working hours, to government inquires and emergency issues within two (2) hours of notification and shall be on site, if needed, to complete require mission essential duties.
- Enforces Olgoonik's safety culture, in which all employees must accept responsibility to protect the health and safety of Olgoonik employees, the public and the environment. The occurrence of zero safety incidents is always the goal, all the time.
- Performs job activities in compliance with applicate Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies and SOPs.
- Uses the required DLA Distribution Mapping System (DDMS) wholesale/retail web-based application and other Government Data Systems.
- Performs a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishment's storage plan and DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operates hand or powered Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in performing warehouse duties.
- stablishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) IT level III background check for the Common Access Card (CAC).
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery.
- Must be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Security Clearance:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship, a United States Government background check and may require a U.S. Government SECRET Clearance.
- If SECRET Clearance Level is required, candidate must also:
- Must have a current United States Government SECRET level security clearance or be able to successfully obtain the required clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.
