Established in 2017, tru fru rapidly ascended the "permissible indulgence" space as a Utah-based company selling one-of-a-kind "better for you" Hyper-Chilled and Hyper-Dried real fruit immersed in premium chocolate to retail outlets nationwide. Winning Most Innovative New Product in 2019 and 2022 in the sweets and snacks categories and climbing the fruit-based snack industry chart at an astounding growth rate, tru fru joined the Mars family of brands in February 2023. As the FP&A Manager, you will serve as the "right-hand" to the CFO by setting structure around the financial reporting calendar (LE, AEP, IVCP) while bringing the governance needed for budget management.

What you'll do



  • Drive period close by owning the period-end reporting deck including ad hoc analysis and commentary explaining business performance.
  • Support Step 4/5 (TF internal MBR) by coordinating the escalation from the Step 1/2/3 to the LT, help defining the agenda/priorities for each session and, develop the slides needed to support the right conversation.
  • Own the overall process behind the Latest Estimate (LE), Annual Executing Plan (AEP) and Integrated Value Created Plan (IVCP) and strengthen the current financial model behind each process.
  • Support with ad hoc request from Mars Snacking, Corporate and H&W
  • Partner with the Digital Technology team todevelop and maintain financial dashboard including a self-service finance tool and customer P&L.
  • Enhance current TF financial reporting and support implementation of system enhancements as needed
  • Develop in collaboration with the Department Head (Operation, Marketing, Sales, RH) a budgeting process in support of 2026 AEP. This new process should enable the budget owner to get clear visibility on their actuals, what is loaded in the 26' plan.
  • In support with Genpact offshore resources, set up periodic OVH report to share back actuals (and in 26' actuals against budget) to each budget owner.
  • Deepen the partnership with HR in SWB modelling.
  • In partnership with Genpact offshore resources enhance the A&CP database and related reporting to the marketing team.

You have...



  • 5+ years progressive experience in Finance.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline. Master's degree a plus.
  • Financial modeling experience.
  • Experience working with leadership teams.
  • Strong business acumen which enables you to support the business at a high level.
