We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically rigorous Scientist to join our Bioscience Process and Validation team. This role operates at the critical intersection of engineering innovation and animal welfare, supporting the development and validation of novel biodevice technologies through hands-on, field-based bioscience. Unlike traditional bench or assay-focused roles, this position involves comprehensive ownership of the testing lifecycle-from drafting protocols and conducting field studies to collecting and analyzing large-scale data sets, and synthesizing results into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be expected to pressure-test device concepts and refinements, ensuring both product safety and animal welfare are held to the highest standards. This role requires resilience, scientific integrity, and a high degree of ownership. It offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply in meaningful work, contributing directly to the safety, performance, and successful deployment of animal-focused biodevices.
