Responsible for the organizations information technology functions, including systems development, data capture, information security, computer operations, and customer integration, including financial systems.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the organizations day-to-day IT functions.
  • Directs and controls various systems and functions, including systems development, financial systems, revenue and shipment data capture, corporate IT, information security, computer operations, technology services, customer integration, and business integration testing.
  • Plans, organizes, and controls strategic and tactical IT reports for a geographic region.
  • Functional responsibilities include systems development, ECCS, SCM, network, GSP support, data center, and computer operations.
  • Serves as the primary divisional representative to international regions, supporting all aspects of their computer technology.
  • Plans, organizes, and controls strategic and tactical IT reports for a specific geographic region.
  • May assume additional areas of responsibility as needed.

General Summary:

As the Vice President of Program Management, this position will play pivotal role in leading and overseeing transformative programs that drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the SVP Business & Technology Strategy you will be responsible for defining and managing the delivery of strategic programs aligned with our company's vision and goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Extensive experience leading areas including, but not limited to: project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis. Proven leadership, management, and collaboration skills. Excellent communications skills, including presentations, and human relations skills.

Duties / Responsibilities:

-Lead Transformational Work:

  • Lead a collection of transformational work across various domains within the organization.
  • Establish, organize, and direct individual sub-projects within specified areas to drive desired business outcomes.

-Enable Accelerated Delivery:

  • Implement common program management standards to streamline and accelerate program delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize program execution processes and remove barriers to speed and efficiency.

-Drive Domain Visibility and Oversight:

  • Ensure ongoing line of sight to the Strategic Domains, monitoring progress to outcomes and providing senior leadership visibility to risks, roadblocks, and successes.
  • Implement mechanisms for tracking and reporting program performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Align Domain and Pod structure and governance to meet Enterprise Outcomes

-Strategic Ambition: Define Enterprise Strategic Initiatives and manage through rigor and discipline to Enterprise and Domain level targets
-Organizational Change Management:

  • Work to instill a future focused way of working that consistently adapts to changing business demands

-Travel Required

Minimum Education

Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or related area.

Minimum Experience

Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT, Finance or a related field with five (5) of those years in management experience with increasing levels of responsibility

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Extensive professional financial experience with a focus on accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
