Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Processing Manager to lead our loan processing team and ensure efficient and compliant processing of commercial loan transactions. This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.

As the Commercial Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the commercial loan processing department. This role ensures timely and accurate processing, documentation, and funding of commercial loans, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the direction, development, implementation, and maintenance of effective and efficient commercial processing policies, practices, procedures, and controls.
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising team and organizing and monitoring work processes:
    • Successfully applies management competencies in all their work
      • Leadership, teamwork and collaboration, emotional Intelligence, time management, flexibility, communication, self-motivation, problem-solving, openness to learning, integrity, self-confidence, change management
  • Assigns goals and objectives to team; measure and monitor same; report monthly productivity and/or efficiency results to management.
  • Reviews commercial audit findings and exceptions to ensure quality of work and provides direction for next steps to resolve concerns.
  • Ensures SOX controls are completed appropriately and responds to any discrepancies or deficiencies timely.
  • Manages the operational process for commercial loan programs; including documentation processes, program compliance, data tracking and reporting.
  • Develops a working knowledge of origination system and core loan system.
  • Develops and maintains an effective delivery/control program for setting up new loans in accordance with all procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Five (5) years of experience working in loan processing or customer service.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
