JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lab testing of electric drive components and systems
* Responsible for the performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation.
* Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures.
* Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis
* Will work with engineers to learn role and that individual will continue to mentor and oversee inspection activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering and 1-2 year experience
* Electrical testing experience, product development experience, failure analysis
* Organization, documentation and communication
