One will focus on creating news letters and the other will focus on gathering and organizing information for a Learning & Development project. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? If you're interested in an opportunity to develop employee communications material - this role is for you! If you're an organized multi-tasker juggling multiple priorities while collaborating with colleagues - this role is for you! You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Research monthly topics for Health & Wellness, DEI, Training, Human Resources and Employee Experience newsletters. Create content for the next 12 months Create supportive communications suitable for digital signage, social media and internal platforms Create videos to support these topics WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously Organizing events and schedules will certainly be useful in this endeavor If you have experience or knowledge in creating videos to support your communications - that would be very helpful This role requires you to interact with various employees and members of our leadership team - experience coordinating a team project / efforts would be beneficial Strong collaboration skills are essential The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or a Business-related Degree and should be a Junior or a Senior. Must live in the DC Metro area.
