ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly adaptable, self-driven professional to join our clinical field team. This role provides device follow-up and implant support for hospitals, clinics, and medical offices, as directed by the Regional Sales Team. It demands exceptional flexibility, as schedules and assignments can shift rapidly, even within minutes. Success in this position requires the ability to quickly learn and adapt independently, work effectively under pressure, and maintain a strong sense of professionalism when representing our company to physicians and hospital partners.

The Clinical Field Specialist will primarily focus on supporting the expansion of market share at existing and competitive centers by delivering outstanding clinical support and service excellence aligned with team-driven initiatives. The role also involves assisting in the training of clinical specialists through in-services and workshops, and other functions related to clinical and business support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:



  • Provide clinical device implant support, follow-ups, and on-site training to healthcare centers, educating on the theory and use of BSC software and products.
  • Offering ongoing clinical support, including assessment procedures, complex case management, and program development initiatives.
  • Manage commercial inventory following company and divisional guidelines.
  • Track, report, and assist in resolving fitting and patient-related issues using corporate procedures.
  • Achieve proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic tools relevant to the company's portfolio.
  • Support professional education activities by participating in on-site and field training workshops.
  • Assist with onboarding and continuous education of new Clinical Specialists.
  • Identify and communicate competitive information to support regional sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate in developing and execution of a proactive regional plan with the Regional Manager and team members to enhance market share and improve service quality.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 clinical support coverage.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:



  • Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Nursing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong adaptability and tolerance for rapidly changing schedules and environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn quickly and work independently under high-pressure situations.
  • General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Early knowledge of industry standards and practices, with the ability to resolve standard issues by following company policies and procedures.
  • High level of professionalism and understanding that personal actions directly impact the company's reputation and customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of the cardiovascular field is preferred (e.g., electrocardiography, cardiac electrophysiology, anatomy, and physiology).
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $ , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
