Join Recorded Future as our first-ever Documentation Manager and lay the foundation for a global, high-impact content function. In this newly created role, you'll define and scale the documentation strategy across all modules of our platform. You'll introduce scalable workflows, elevate the quality and consistency of content, and empower customers to self-serve, learn, and adopt with ease. Your work will play a critical role in driving engagement and product adoption across a global user base. What You'll Do as the Documentation Manager:
- Build scalable documentation workflows with SLAs, review processes, and unified content standards
- Audit, consolidate, and standardize an existing library of 2,200+ documents
- Manage and evolve the global content translation initiative
- Create high-impact, self-service content (FAQs, how-to guides) that reduces support friction
- Develop best-practice resources (e.g., flowcharts, decision trees) to guide users through complex workflows
- Launch a strategy to transition customer-facing documentation into public-facing assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead with a builder mindset
What You'll Bring as the Documentation Manager:
- 6+ years of technical writing or documentation management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within cybersecurity
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale documentation projects and process rollouts
- Ability to manage both content strategy and hands-on creation/editing
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Confluence, Jira; bonus for AI-driven automation
- Understanding of cybersecurity or similarly complex domains
- Strong communication, prioritization, and project management skills
