As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrols in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of order, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. Pay Rate: $17.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access within the healthcare location.
• Support emergency response activities and provide guidance to staff and visitors during incidents or drills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• A valid armed guard card/license is required for armed positions.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet AU Driver Policy Requirements for driving positions.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
