As a Security Officer - Cleared Armed in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Cleared Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, requiring you to conduct routine patrols and interact with personnel, providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a secure environment by responding to incidents and supporting a culture of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Must have an Active DOD Secret or higher Security Clearance

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret

$29.00 / Hour - Top Secret

$38.38 / Hour - Yankee White

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized access or actions within the facility.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for a variety of situations relevant to the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification (Texas Only) required.
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance required.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 3 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
