Join our mission to provide compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to individuals in crisis. We are hiring a Nursing Manager to help lead the nursing team at our Receiving Center (RC). This leadership role ensures high-quality, recovery-oriented nursing services in a collaborative environment, supporting both staff and clients with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.

The Hamilton County RC is a unique and innovative model designed to provide an alternative to emergency rooms or incarceration for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This exciting project is a partnership with local law enforcement, aimed at providing rapid intervention and quality care for individuals facing behavioral health crises.

We are looking for:

  • RN licensed in the State of Ohio (BSN required; MSN preferred)

  • Two years of nursing experience (inpatient psychiatric setting preferred)

  • One year of charge nurse or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills

  • Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required

Responsibilities for Nursing Manager:

  • Oversees nursing operations and ensures quality care and compliance

  • Supervises and mentors nursing and clinical staff

  • Adjusts staffing levels based on patient needs and acuity

  • Promotes safety and a sense of urgency regarding patient care

  • Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated care

  • Provides direct care as needed

  • Hires, trains, and supports new team members

  • Prepares reports and helps implement quality initiatives

  • Participates in the development of organizational policies and procedures
