Job Overview

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis and business case development to support pricing decisions for existing products and new product launches, including generative AI powered products. This role will work closely with the Finance, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to provide insights and recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and drive revenue growth.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the pricing and usage patterns of our Cloud and AI software products and services across different regions, segments, and customers and identifying opportunities for optimizations.

  • Own financial models to help evaluate long term pricing strategy, make recommended changes to existing pricing, and support the launch of new products.

  • Understand the cost drivers across the portfolio of products and implications to our pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate with product marketers, product managers, sales teams, and other finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations and guidance on pricing and usage decisions.

  • Create and present reports and dashboards that communicate pricing and usage performance, trends, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the Cloud software industry.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis and visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$70,000 and $106,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
