Our growing Experience Center of Excellence is looking for a passionate, driven individual who can help to transform the ways we work cross-functionally, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement. We are looking to grow our team by adding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to support the delivery of Engagement programs and multi-channel campaigns designed to deliver personalized experiences, improve patient health outcomes, and drive business results. This role works in an Agile environment supporting the Project Management Office of personalization and engagement-- and has responsibility to facilitate Agile development processes within our teams. The main scope of work for the CSM is to coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, foster a collaborative and self-organizing environment, and drive continuous improvement of our Agile framework. The ideal CSM will also have strong project management skills and the ability to work with many different frameworks of project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in supporting project management activities while delivering on their duties as a scrum master and agile coach. This candidate will also have strong knowledge and experience with implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and the ability to influence and transform our ways of working. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Agile facilitation and coaching: 40% of time
Continuous Improvement and Agile adoption: 30% of time
Project Management, Collaboration and communication: 20%
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to: 10% of time
