THE ROLE: Senior Manager, Digital Analytics

A+E Global Media is seeking a highly analytical and insights-driven Senior Manager, Digital Analytics to join our Research Team. Reporting to the VP of Owned Digital Analytics, this role will be instrumental in shaping A+E's digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will support growth initiatives by analyzing content performance, identifying audience engagement trends, and delivering strategic recommendations. This role would also lead the development of automated reporting dashboards, empowering the Digital Content team with timely, actionable insights to drive optimization and growth.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Senior Manager, Digital Analytics

  • Social media strategy and analytics (owned, earned, monetized) focused on content optimization across key platforms

  • DTC SVOD strategy and analytics for our portfolio of platforms (Lifetime Movie Club, History Vault, and A&E Crime Central) with a focus on understanding subscriber behavior, churn rates, and viewing patterns

  • Analyzing content performance of editorial sites to support website optimization and the editorial calendar

  • Create and maintain regular reporting to track holistic owned digital performance across channels and platforms, and provide recommendations to maximize revenue and ensure positive ROI

  • Manage data sources, and come up with innovative methods of creating efficiencies in reporting, democratizing data throughout org, and connecting disparate datasets via Domo

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Senior Manager, Digital Analytics

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Data Science is preferred not required

  • Minimum 6 years of data analytics experience in digital and/or social media

  • Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in a data-intensive environment

  • Analytical mindset with advanced-level skills with MS Excel

  • Experience with digital and social measurement platforms including but not limited to YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, Adobe, Parsley, etc.

  • Experience with data implementation and familiarity with SQL a plus

  • Proficiency with a Business Intelligence platform such as Domo, or Tableau

Compensation Annual Pay Range: $138,391 - $161,918 Annual Incentive Target: 15.00%

be based ona number of differentfactors such asa candidate's qualifications, skills,
