You'll support internal teams across multiple mission directorates, handling administrative tasks related to logistics, finance, HR, security, procurement, and more. Expect a high volume of detail-driven tasks that require organization, discretion, and responsiveness.

  • Manage calendars, schedules, emails, meetings, and travel (domestic + international)

  • Support 1+ departments with tasks like document prep, meeting coordination, file maintenance, and database updates

  • Monitor inboxes, incoming comms, and action items - escalate priorities when needed

  • Track spending, reconcile records, process travel/training vouchers, and support credit card purchasing

  • Coordinate office logistics - supplies, repairs, renovations, and inventory control

  • Use internal systems for visitor access, training, timekeeping, and reporting

  • Format briefings, presentations, spreadsheets, and status updates for leadership

  • Act as a point of contact for questions related to tools, policies, and internal processes

  • Occasionally guide other administrative staff or train new team members

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a government or IC environment

  • Able to manage projects with minimal oversight

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency systems (Lotus Notes, Timekeeping, Visitor Access, etc.)

  • Strong writing, formatting, and proofreading skills

  • Solid judgment when handling sensitive info and shifting priorities

  • Comfortable navigating policies and interoffice communications

*Associates or Bachelors degree
*Analytic ability to evaluate HR data, resolves inconsistencies, and proposes innovative solutions to challenging problems, if applicable.
*Ability to learn and research Agency regulations, policies, and procedures.
