Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, real estate, workplace design, or other relevant field or High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant experience
- 6 years of experience in workplace design
- 5 years of Project management experience
- 3 years of AutoCAD drawing experience
- 3 years of CAFM software experience preferred
The purpose of this position is to manage, lead, execute the delivery of portfolio plans, occupancy strategies, spatial requirements and solutions, workplace design, and work environment solutions partnering with the Manager, CRE Project Management and CRE. Drives consistency of delivery and incorporates best practices from the industry.
Workplace Design
- Serve as primary interface with business leaders to understand business direction and changing workplace needs.
- Apply knowledge to forecast space requirements and develop space needs based against business and market conditions.
- Oversees the development of occupancy plans and their alignment with business strategy. This includes block and stack fit plans, schematic schedules, critical path, and milestone events.
- Partner with leadership to advance strategic portfolio optimization plans and developing executable plans to support overall corporate objectives and strategies, informed by occupancy data.
- Maintains knowledge of current and future space needs and understanding of business direction.
- Identifies, analyzes, and applies related data to the creation and execution of physical or virtual solutions.
- Develop benchmarks for real estate portfolio to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partners with on the design standards ensuring a common experience for all buildings.
Vendor and Relationship Management
- Manage, maintain, and lead the evolution of the Workplace Design Standards and Guidelines across all asset types in partnership with internal and external partners as required.
- Partners with vendors to ensure scope of work is following statement of work and contracted service level agreements.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key partners for including Retail, Technology, Security, Marketing, Procurement, and others as required.
Project Management and Execution
- Ensure considerations are covered in projects that impact how employees will interact with their physical space or how they work.
- Manages any unplanned and special project requests.
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
