The Corporate Strategy team drives EA's long-term growth and innovation. Our team excels in: Strategic Planning: Shaping EA's corporate strategy and aligning it with clear, actionable business plans and franchise strategies. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Delivering insights at scale that keep EA at the forefront of the interactive entertainment industry. Leadership Development: Cultivating future leaders to drive impact across EA and beyond The Director of Strategic Analytics will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Intelligence. To guide decision-making and innovation, we are looking for a leader to partner closely with our Data and Analytics team, focusing specifically on the following four areas: Behavioral Analytics: Lead comprehensive data-driven analyses to understand player behaviors, motivations, and evolving preferences, informing critical strategic decisions. Enterprise Metric Design: Develop and define applicable metrics & KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring tracking of long-term strategic objectives and company performance. AI Expansion: Guide the strategic implementation of AI within analytics, establish standardized workflows, promote best practices, and demonstrate measurable value from AI-driven analytics initiatives. Data Strategy: Formulate and implement a best-in-class data strategy to fully leverage extensive datasets, enabling nuanced analysis and efficient utilization for training AI models at scale. Your bring: 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics-driven roles. Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning. Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Capable of clearly presenting complex analytics to diverse partners. Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming industry trends is highly advantageous. Experience using AI tools to optimize and enhance existing workflows.
