Marketing Manager (Global Oribe)

The role:

The Oribe Global Marketing Manager, will be an important member of a dynamic, global marketing team tasked with creating and executing global marketing strategy, driving campaign strategy and storytelling and building brand equity across regions and delivering profit goals globally.

You will be a significant contributor to the execution of the 360 go-to-market global campaigns, from strategic brief through execution and storytelling for the brand that defines luxury hair care - Oribe. You will also drive our innovation Forecast Offerings through creation and collaboration with all teams and offering regions strategic rationale behind forecast recommendations and reviewing all forecast inputs. Also, they will lead brand equity building projects such as Merchandising and Collateral, Sampling, Line Edit, Market decks and Global presentations.

You will join a luxury brand with a growing global footprint. Reporting to our Executive Director, Global Marketing and Coordinator, Global Marketing, the Manager will support and help drive strategic marketing plans, innovation planning, and salon and retail programs, that align and achieve overall brand goals.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in 360 strategy work, storytelling and consumer experiences rooted in insights that can support in the below:

• Focus on upstream planning, cross functional alignment, and brand building
• Elevation of creative briefs + storytelling and management of cultural moment activations and asset development.
• Support for strategic plans - as we activate heritage storytelling and emotional brand connection we need more support on insight development, competitive analysis, and translation strategy into action.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, be a strategic self-starter and a creative visionary and beauty aficionado. You should love the entrepreneurial approach in business and are passionate about a creative and trust-based environment that focuses on positive team motivation and development.

What you will need:

• Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing)
• 5+ years Marketing experience (Beauty or CPG industry)
• Experience managing a direct report
