The USTA is seeking a temporary Marketing Manager to support our Facilities & Advocacy Tennis marketing efforts while a Senior Manager is on maternity leave. This position focuses on supporting Tennis Venue Services, schools, sales, and our local marketing partners with strategic marketing guidance, campaign execution, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate is a skilled collaborator with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and project management. This is a client-facing role that requires someone who can manage multiple campaigns and relationships, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
    Act as the primary marketing liaison for Tennis Venue Services (TVS), Facilities, Sales & Industry Relations, Schools, and Section Marketing teams.
  • Write and manage creative briefs for campaigns and content requests across social, email, web, and paid media.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for National Tennis Month, Parks Month, and the NRPA Conference.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and campaign deliverables from brief through execution and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the UX and digital teams on Facilities and Parks & Rec page enhancements and lead generation tools.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure delivery of bimonthly newsletters for Facilities and Parks.
  • Coordinate with legal and third-party vendors to implement lead generation tools for events.
  • Track campaign results and email performance to inform strategy and reporting.
  • Use audience segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant and timely communications across initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution, preferably in an integrated or client-facing role
  • Experience writing creative briefs and managing marketing projects across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across stakeholders and teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and performance reporting
  • Comfortable working with digital, creative, and social media teams
  • Passion for tennis, community sport, or nonprofit impact is a plus
Timing & Structure

This is a full-time temporary role to cover leave, estimated from Mid May through Mid-October. The position is hybrid with 3 days in the Lake Nona office
