To originate and supervise portfolio of business banking clients with key responsibilities including business development, loan structuring, key issue identification and mitigation, development of credit presentations, presentation and client acceptance of term sheets and commitment letters, application completion, needs list items gathering and assisting loan closings. |

Establish and maintain a network of external referral sources able to identify Business Banking needs not currently being addressed by traditional Business Banking lending programs. |

Identification and calling of Business Banking prospects and referrals within Bank footprint, with coordination of internal calling efforts on identified Business Banking prospects with Bank team partners, and responsible for developing and growing Business Banking lending within local markets. |

Develop and enhance new and existing Bank processes and procedures as they relate to Business Banking origination, servicing and liquidation. |

Drives and owns Business Banking revenue growth, business model execution, strategic planning and sales performance. |

Effectively develop and promote Business Banking lending unit through effective relationships within the bank, including credit, loan operations and executive management. Knowledge and Skills: |
|
Experience |
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. |
|
|
Education |
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). |
|
|
Interpersonal Skills |
Work frequently involves exercising advanced conflict resolution, giving material presentations, and resolving issues impacting multiple departments or divisions. Role also requires the ability to motivate or influence others as a material part of the role, with a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the role and a high level of interpersonal skills is critical to the success of this position. |
