What You Will Do: The Senior Director, Accounting will play a key leadership role within the Finance team, overseeing core accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. They will lead several high-impact projects, including the implementation of a new ERP system, the launch and accounting infrastructure for a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), and the management of our client accounts team, which oversees custodial bank activity. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this role will be deeply involved in acquisition-related work-supporting purchase price accounting, 805 valuation reports, and the integration of acquired entities into our existing systems and workflows. We're also looking for someone who can be a champion for innovation-a cheerleader for our AI initiatives. The Senior Director, Accounting will help identify opportunities to integrate AI into our processes, increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and drive smarter decision-making across the finance organization. Compensation The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. US Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $220,000 w/ 15% annual bonus Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States.
