Facilitate the execution of agile delivery for Advisory engagements for healthcare and government clients, by coordinating program planning, iteration planning, iteration reviews, daily scrums at scale, and iteration retrospectives for cross-functional agile teams. Serve as Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer (RTE) for multiple development teams and workstreams for clients in healthcare and government solutions. Drive continuous improvement via inspect and adapt sessions, and communities of practice (CoP) to assist clients in operating more efficiently and effectively. Assist with program resource bottlenecks. Report status and relevant risks to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure transparency into the team's work through sprint backlog, burndown chart and other Agile metrics and tie these back to traditional waterfall metrics. Serve as a subject matter expert on technology modernization for government agencies responsible for health and human services. Serve as a coach on multiple Agile approaches, principles, and best practices to KPMG development teams and business stakeholders. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Program and portfolio management; Serving as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Solution Train Engineer (STE) for advisory projects; Explaining analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences and executive levels, specifically with government clients for system implementations; Using agile approaches including Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean; and Using scaled agile approaches including Scrum@Scale, SAFe, or LeSS.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 80%.

SALARY RANGE: $159,682- $238,700 per year
