Construction Manager

Acara Solutions is looking for a Construction Manager for one of our clients in Arlington, AZ.

Pay Rate: $38.45 - $58.37.

Job Duties:

SUMMARY The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of design change notices, bill of materials, and other documents required for facility/plant modification, equipment, and other projects. The Senior Construction Manager will also coordinate with various stakeholders, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role specifically requires experience in battery commissioning, substation commissioning, and renewable energy projects. We are seeking an individual who can drive solutions on site using all tools available and keep the project on schedule.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED.

Minimum of an Associate's Degree or technical school certification in construction management, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of five (5) years of construction management experience, with at least two (2) years specifically in battery commissioning, substation commissioning, and renewable energy projects.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and PC skills within a Windows environment.

Ability to read and interpret design drawings with little oversight from Engineering.

Valid Driver's License required.

This is a 40 hour a week position with OT only be allowed during on a case by case basis.
