We are looking for a forward-thinking Manager of Strategic Sourcing Partners to lead a successful team passionate about proactively identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent in support of critical business needs. You will play a key leadership role in crafting our global sourcing strategy, elevating our employer brand, and building deep partnerships across Talent Acquisition, executive search, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Encourage a Team of Sourcing Partners:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of strategic sourcing professionals focused on hard-to-fill and leadership roles.

  • Build a team of continuous learning and collaboration, enabling the team to operate with a talent advisor

  • Drive Sourcing Strategy:

  • Partner with Experience Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders to define proactive sourcing strategies for priority pipelines and business-critical roles.

  • Influencing partners in innovative search tactics, talent mapping, and research capabilities to support Adobe's hiring

  • Enhance Partner Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with workforce planning.

  • Act as a strategic advisor by using market intelligence and data to influence sourcing decisions.

  • Talent Intelligence & Market Insights:

  • Guide the team in producing talent insights and market data to inform search strategies and hiring decisions.

  • Lead initiatives to improve usage of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, AI platforms, CRM, etc.) and champion emerging technologies.

  • Operational Excellence:

  • This role requires experience working with global sourcing teams to help build top-of-funnel pipelines efficiently and at scale, ensuring strong alignment across global sourcing efforts.

  • Monitor KPIs and sourcing performance metrics to track team effectiveness and continuous improvement.

  • Champion process consistency, ensure alignment with global talent strategies, and scale sourcing best practices across regions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or recruiting; 6+ years in a leadership position focused on building the team from administrative to strategy partners.

  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sourcing teams.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.

  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to partner across levels and functions.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging sourcing analytics and tools to inform decisions.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Be a change champion. Translate leadership vision to support the team's evolution leadership role preferred.

  • Independently gather and report appropriate data and actionable insights to help influence scalable business process

Preferred:

  • Experience with talent intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, TalentNeuron, etc.).

  • Prior experience in global talent sourcing or executive recruiting environments.

  • Passion for innovation in sourcing, AI adoption, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,500 -- $240,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
