Your Impact:



  • Set up, calibrate, and prepare offset printing presses (Heidelberg, Komori, or similar) for production runs.
  • Review job tickets and specifications, ensuring every detail matches client requirements.
  • Load paper, install plates, and fine-tune press settings for optimal color, registration, and image quality.
  • Monitor print runs, making real-time adjustments to ink, alignment, and pressure for flawless results.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime to keep production on track.
  • Maintain a clean, organized press area and uphold strict safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Record production data and communicate any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.



What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in printing technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience operating offset printing presses-sheet-fed and/or web-fed preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth understanding of printing processes.
  • Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct color, registration, and quality issues.
  • Ability to interpret job tickets, color guides, and technical specs.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed.
  • Basic computer skills for job data entry and accessing specs.
  • Familiarity with color management and quality control techniques is a plus.
