Copilot Studio is the Low code AI Agent platform of choice across Microsoft and is poised for rapid growth in the agentic AI era. Copilot studio is one of the most strategic product areas within Microsoft with high visibility to the Senior Leadership Team and it is the engine that powers AI innovation across established multi-billion dollar growing businesses including Microsoft 365 and Business Applications. The Copilot Studio product team operates very much like a startup that is at the forefront of AI innovation within the larger established Microsoft ecosystem. This role falls under the Monetization and Business Planning functional organization. M+BP is responsible for monetization strategy, pricing, and packaging for the multi-billion-dollar Microsoft Cloud products portfolio. To deliver on this broad charter, we have built a center of excellence with an industry-leading reputation for strategic thought leadership. Within M+BP, this role is within the Modern Work Business and Business Applications Planning team which is responsible for monetization of the Power Platform Family of Products. This role requires a strategic thinker with business leadership & acumen, cross-group collaboration, analytical skills, and written and oral communication skills. ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Business Planner, you will:Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, finance, sales, and others, to drive monetization strategy, pricing decisions, and packaging constructs for Copilot Studio products/featuresConnects the dots on AI Agent product strategy and related business models across Microsoft by partnering closely within M+BP, relevant product, and marketing teamsConduct market research to understand competitive dynamics, customer segmentation, and customer willingness to pay to help define optimal business modelsPropose pricing changes and discounting guidance to improve the profitability of offers and address varying market needsPartner with commerce and launch teams to launch new products across our GTM channelsDevelop your expertise and eventually serve as an internal subject matter expert on all things AI Agents relatedSupport a diverse and inclusive team culture.
