Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives to drive organizational success. With a foundation in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, this role is responsible for providing HR guidance to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives across our engineering, construction, and telecommunications strategic business unit.
