How will you do it We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement. You will have direct access to Factory Technical Support. We will equip you with the safety equipment, uniforms, tools, cell phone, technical equipment and vehicle required for your job. Servicemen must have two years practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. You may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify your skills and knowledge. Servicemen may assist Journeymen in the repair and service of centrifugal, absorption, screw and scroll chillers. You will perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems and recommend solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently. You will identify enhancements that will provide customer systems reliability and sustainability at the time of service and provide labor and material quotes to support your recommendations. We provide incentives for executed recommendations you quote. You will participate in weekend, night, and holiday call out service on a rotating basis. What we look for Required
