Staffmark is hiring a Senior Fabrication Lead for our client in Corona, CA. Pay: $32.64 - $35.40 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift \| 5 AM - 1:30 PM \| Monday - Friday Requirements: 5 years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication 5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a manufacturing environment Excellent math skills and mechanical aptitude The ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Skilled in the metal fabrication process Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Senior Fabrication Lead Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily production schedule. Maintain high-quality standards for products. Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and BOMs. Operate fabrication tools and equipment. Train fabrication team members. Troubleshoot any production issues. Assist with process improvements.
