The Trade Marketing Manager covering Mobile Units & Venue Capex is someone with a passion for live experiences. This person will work closely with our Experiential Team and agency partners to ensure events and venues across the country are showing up with the right brands. This person is organized, communicative, creative and enjoys collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for:
    • Agency Management
    • Mobile Unit Transportation agencies
    • Venue and Stadium production agency
    • Budget Management
    • Planning and executing 600 events with our Mobile Unit Fleet
    • Planning and executing all stadium/venue buildouts
    • Program recaps to keep stakeholders informed
    • Working closely with Experiential Team
    • Mobile Unit Day-To-Day Contact
    • Basic understanding of transportation logistics with mobile units
    • Capex budget management for all materials installed or delivered to venues including branded spaces build outs and carts/kiosks
    • Project manage buildouts with our agency partner
    • Keep region stakeholders informed
    • Data Tracking
    • Use PowerBI to pull reporting on Mobile Unit Fleet
    • Maintain tracking for all capex materials

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 4-6 years sales and/or marketing experience needed.
  • Event and activation and/or production experience recommended.
  • Skilled at communication, presentation, organization and time management.
  • Ability to maintain, understand and share out budget reports
  • Strong stakeholder (internal and external) management skills.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

* Agency Management - Mobile Unit Transportation/Venue and Stadium Production
* Budget Management, planning and executing events with Mobile Unit Fleet and all stadium/venue buildouts
* Program recaps to keep stakeholders informed. Work closely with Experiential team.
* Mobile Unit day-to-day contact: basic understanding of transportation logistics with mobile units
* Capex budget management for all materials installed or delivered to venues including branded spaces build outs and carts/kiosks: project managed buildouts with agency partner; keep region stakeholders informed
* Data tracking: use of PowerBI to pull reporting on Mobile Unit Fleet, and maintain tracking for all capex materials

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
4-6 years of experience

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Communication, presentation, organization and time management.
Relationship management skills.
Maintain/understand and communicate budget reports
Event and activation and/or production experience

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
