JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analyze Scrap and Rework Data
* Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution
* Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances
* Works with Section Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and Team Lead
* Interacts with Assembly Technicians on shop flo

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors in an Engineering Field wit 5 to 10 years experience.
* Microsoft Office Proficient
* Strong Problem Solving Skills
* Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process.
* Good Communication Skill
* Able to communicate with a diverse mix of employees, both management and shop floor
* Minitab Knowledge preferred
